We build and stress-test the development appraisal and cost plan, establishing a realistic budget and margin before delivery begins.

We set the procurement route and lead the appointment of contractors and consultants on terms that balance price, risk and deliverability.
Programme & Critical-Path Management
We manage the programme and critical path, holding the delivery team to milestones and acting early where slippage threatens completion.
Cost Reporting & Change Control
We provide disciplined cost reporting and rigorous change control, keeping the scheme on budget and stakeholders fully informed.
CDM & Building-Safety Compliance
We oversee CDM duties and building-safety compliance, ensuring the scheme meets its regulatory obligations throughout delivery.
Delivery to Practical Completion
We drive the works through to practical completion and handover, managing snagging, certification and the transition into occupation.
