Buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) describes the process of purchasing part or all of carefully-selected companies and businesses in the furtherance of their growth strategies. We mobilise teams of M&A experts to guide and support management teams, corporates or private equity investors on the acceleration and successful execution of these strategies.

The Buy-side M&A process requires us to collaborate closely with our clients to develop and test their acquisition thesis, to identify target companies that match their requirements, to reach-out and engage with key decision-makers at target companies, to obtain sufficient information to value the business and structure an offer, to agree the detailed deal terms and to project manage the numerous workstreams required to conclude the transaction.

There are five key components to the Buy-side M&A process, including:
